Hello!

It depends on what activities your Coalitions got. In general, there are such activities:

- PvP. Attack of Units of your opposite Coalition or any other Coalitions.

- PvE. Attacking/defending Persian Positions.

- DeV. Development of your City (constructions/upgrade of buildings, discovering technologies).

Among these tasks, your Coalition can get any three.

Once the Tournament begins, you will see the activities you need to do to get points in the Tournament menu.

A bunch of us have been talking and this is a lot of bull now you guys are forcing us to fight each other even if we have no reason to fight what ever coalition we up against . . . this could be the final straw for many of us. . .and don't tell us it's for the rewards, the rewards here are weak, you lose more then you gain in rewards . . .

Have to agree with chuck . . . we have enough coalitions to fight without forcing another one upon us

I presume coalitions of similar strength will be paired with each other, and think it will be entertaining to compete against another coalition in any of the three categories Alina mentioned, including battling. It is a war game after all lol.. and if you don't think the battle rewards are worth it, then use diplomacy to avoid them, or wait for PvP/Pan/Capital events to make it more profitable to battle.

I agree with Chuck and No, coals are not paired by similar strength.

it is not forcing you to fight each other if you don't want to

on the FB servers where this feature has been around a long time a lot of friendly teams agree in advance that if they are pitted against each other then they will play the clash using persians only

If you are up against a league member (or alliance member) that's the way forward on that clash

the clash is designed so you are only up against similar strength coalitions

i guess you all missed the fact that big coals would rather  attack someone who is not their opposition so they don't get points.

so there ya go. we lost our pans.

Yea..Ok..whatever you say!

A top 10 160 member coalition vs. a 50 member coalition ranked below 100.

You must be using  math that astrophysicists use.

Hello!

Only for the first Tournament, the opponent Coalitions are picked up based on the Ranking.

In the next Tournaments, they will be chosen based on their results in the previous Tournament. In this way, you won't be opposed to the Coalition which is much stronger than yours.

The Coalition with a smart diplomatic policy will not.

alina,  i am sorry but that answer is a little rude, dont you think?

I dont know hellion much, even if we play same server, i know he is a hedge of a coa, we both respect each other  coas, but i dont think it deserves your answer, when you don't know him or his acts and your answer its too generic to be true.

Anyway, your answer as i said, is not correct 100%, in some case is a matter of diplomacy but in others the game pushes to more attacks, its ok, as it is a war game. and the truth is plarium wants more fights.

but the fact that pvp points that come not from the opponent makes people go to attack coas from different tiers, so they do give points to the coas in their tiers, for example, thats a game error as unbalance the game experience. In this case if pvp would be only from fighting the enemy, in that case, your answer could be close to right, as diplomacy would be important.
