hello, yes a simple centurion did us an attack of coalition, how is that possible? if plarium will do that, i don't see the sense to the ranks, i am not a beta-tester, i am a regular player

i play in plarium.com, server:the glorious valley, the problem is that a player from union hispartana did us an attack of coalition and that player is only a centurion, a centurion can't do attack of coalition only embassy, sb, comanders, pole and hegemon, that happened in the tournament of capitals of coalitions, this is not a bug from my part, this a bug from the game
