puffin browser
When using it since yesterday it will stay stuck on 0% loading when trying to enter sparta.
i have asked around and everyone currently has this problem.puffin browser

Mine is stuck as well. Sent a report to Puffin yesterday.
I am writing this via Puffin though.
Hope Plarium is complaining to Puffin about this as well.

Morning, guys! If you're still experiencing loading issues, please do the following:
1) Try to clear your browser cache to make sure that all the game files which are saved by your browser on your computer are replaced with new ones, containing the new game information. Please press Ctrl+Shift+Del to access the menu from which you can clear your browser’s cache. Then reload the page. In most situations it helps.
2) Make sure your Flash player is up to date.
3) Try to access the game from another browser or another PC if it's possible.
4) Try installing Browsec VPN extension for your browser.
5) If it doesn't help, please follow this instruction:
1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools - http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6
2. Access Network tab http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG
3. Try to access the game
4. Do the right click on any line and tick Save as HAR with content http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g
5. Input the following command in cmd: tracert plarium.hs.llnwd.net Then make a screenshot of it.
6. Send this information to our Support Team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
They will help you to understand the reason of your loading issues and will help you to fix them.
Also please let us know if the issue is resolved.

hey alyona it is the browser we all use to connect from phone that no longer loads...

Well you have lost me and probably many others who have been playing the game on puffin browser. No other browsers worked, I assure you I have tried them all. The time and money I have invested in this game is all for nothing. Words cannot describe how I feel about this issue. I am defeated by your lack of response and helpfrom plarium.

Guys, we cannot guarantee the stable work of the app in Puffin. Our game is not optimized for Moblie browsers. So if you have any difficulties with Puffin, try entering the game from your PC.

i dont do that a lot.
i will stop playing if i cant find a mobile browser compatible anymore.
cant run around carrying my pc all the time and a very bigg part off the players will feel/do the same..

Yo podia jugar desde el Puffin sin problemas pero ya no puedo. Creo que es un problema de Plarium porque intente con Chrome, Mozzilla, Dolphin y el navegador de Samsung y sucede lo mismo.

I have spent many, many hours trying to resolve this problem. I have invested a lot of time and money toget to the level I was at. Is all that now wasted because nobody seems to be taking an notice. It is either a Puffin fault or a plarium fault.The least you could do is try and help, and show us youare trying to help. All the other brwsers are blaming plarium. I don't have a windows pc so have no alternate way of playing. i know I didn't spend a lot,but it all adds up during my playing lifetime. A little customer care wouldn't go amiss. My only alternativeis giveup. That would be trajic.I have just madea smallpyment, but as I am not going toget any beneit fromit I think a refund would be a nice gesture.

Guys, according to the info I have, Puffin has a 5-year old Flash version (11.1). A few days ago players started having some issues with this Flash player and can no longer play our games on Puffin.
First off, please be aware that we never guaranteed the stable work of the app in Mobile browsers, since they have an old Flash version. We always recommend our players using PC browsers with the latest Flash Player version on them.
We will ask our devs if they have any idea why it could happen, but please, don't expect us to fix the issue, since we have never supported Mobile browsers and we can't affect any issues that occur while you're using them. Thanks Alyona. Just speaking for myself but i know that you don't tehnically support mobile. That being said, something changed recently and if Puffin has been using the same flash version for years and there hasnt been an app update that coincides with our issues then there is a good chance it was something that changed on Plarium's end. Not asking to dedicate massive dev resources or make any promises per se, just asking if someone could look into it and if it's a simple fix, please help us all out.

But I think it's more likely that Puffin did an update, because we didn't have any updates last week, when Puffin stopped working. We only had an update 2 days ago.

I too have same problem except I have been using Puffin to play on iPad for months now until that Plarium Play App appeared and won’t let me get anywhere once I log in as the damn download button is in the way.
I am not a happy camper conserving the amount of money I have spent on this game. Dis it or I will be one of many saying bye bye now

Since Mac iOS devices are not Flash supported, we Mac mobile users use the Puffin browser. Ever since you added the Download App Button overlay to the Home screen, we cannot access anything above the Download template. Turning my iPad to Landscape mode with Full Screen, the Download Button Template is still there,but "invisible". Could you please remove that template? This will allow us Puffin users full access to our castle screen.

That is correct ThatBill. It completely blocks Puffin users from being able to interact with our cities. Get rid of that banner and it's smooth sailing.
