A political attack may consist of more than one unit.Also, the CDB (city defence bonus) is a multiplier for defence present in the city: 

[CITY-DEF] x (100% + (CDB / 100)%), in your case 14.800 x 214,87% = 31.800,76.

thank you for trying , they only sent 1 political attack, i have 80 of them and I know somewhat how they work until I see them doing what I said above. so you dont know either how one political attack at 12,000 points kill off  26,367  

can someone explain without a bunch of nonsense. my city  has a bonus of 11,487 plus in my city I had  372 javs in the city which are at 40 which equals a total of   14,880 points so I have  14800 + 11,487+= 26,367  and one political attack worth 12,600  killed everything . Thank you.

Please be aware that PAs ignore CDB. They also ignore all bonuses applied to Unit stats. So they kill 12600 of a basic value.
