in guardian tournaments it says "ultimate reward" and they would have to give me a sacred bond of level 4 or 5.

The last tournament I did not live it and it has already happened three times.

I wrote but they didn't give it to me, it's a shame to have to be writing because the game crashes and so often.

Please fix this "bug" because it is not usual that they give a prize for participating and then it does not arrive at the account.
