CC points events not being credited

Sadly yet again I feel disappointed and obliged to report Plarium game coding errors:

  1. After CC started, I built and immediately boosted 50 scouts to get scout build credit in CC - result - zero (0) credited (see screenshot)
  2. I have been running auto conquest since start of CC.
    Last batch reports 209 battles eg 209 warriors defeated
    Yet screenshot taken after above, shows just 51 defeated warriors credited in total.

I have cleared cache and refreshed. I am running game in:

"Microsoft Edge is up to date.

Version 84.0.522.59 (Official build) (64-bit)"


This type of bug not only robs myself and my COA of points but destroys any trust we as players have in Plarium. If we cannot rely on getting the rewards for the challenges Plarium sets it not only causes angst but completely undermines the whole game experience.

What other points am I not being credited for?

Please:

  • Fix your code
  • credit the points and rewards that should have been credited to my account
  • compensate me for my time and distress in having to experience this crap and having to report it

try it on chrome and see if you get the same error

Hi Morteee

I run 3 cities. 

1 on app

1 on chrome

1 on edge

The city I have this error on is Ares running on on Edge

Switching Ares to chrome does not fix the error.

Ares, I'm sorry to hear that you faced this situation. it may take some time for the total amount of points to refresh. A delay of up to 30 seconds or a bit longer is possible. Perhaps you checked the total amount of points after reloading the game? Has it changed?

I feel you need to learn to trust your customers who have been playing this game ever day for years.

We are very familiar with game lag and the need to wait and to refresh dozens of times each day so that the game will work.

Ares, if you face such an issue again, I suggest submitting a ticket to our technical support department immediately with the request to check the system logs in this case. It would be great if you could attach screenshots and specify the exact time in UTC when this situation happened.

I have been active in game the last 5 hours and at a check a few minutes ago was showing as being credited with just 280 points.

Just the single action of running the auto conquest feature alone for 5 hours would have earned me 10's of thousands of points by now, not to mention all my other activity.


The Plarium are obviously having issues with CC points accrual - given the core prominence of this event it is just so disappointing that after all of these years you cannot design code that works correctly.

I have raised a support request per the post above but given the dis-interest and no compensatory action Ares received, I am not holding my breath.

And yes I refreshed game shortly after CC started

I was about to post a similar story, I have exactly the same issue

Given Plariums lack of genuine support, I am not even going to waste my time anymore with detailing the error, its a waste of my time

Archons, a delay in points update is possible due to the high load on the server during the Coalition Conflict tournament. Our support team will be able to look into this issue in more detail.
