Aunque parezca una tonteria la pregunta, que nivel tienes ?
Los guardianes no aparecen hasta que se alcanza el nivel 40.
Que ya tenias nivel 40 antes de que diera comienzo el "duelo de guardianes" ? entonces puede tratarse de un bug y ya te diremos como proceder.

Although it seems a silly question, what level are you?
Guardians don't show up until you reach level 40.
You already had level 40 before the "Guardian Duel" started? Then it might be a bug and we'll tell you how to proceed.

have posted this for attention from the dev team but they wont get back to us until next week at the very earliest as they only have emergency coverage at the weekends and as you can imagine at the moment they are working with a reduced capacity due to current cikrcumstances

Ok, I understand.
I would like to think that I would get some compensation for the fact that I could not participate in the Duel, as well as finding out why this has happened?

I cant speak for that am afraid, they may not even let us know why it happened and just fix it if its a bug as they are very short staffed at the moment understandably :(
