its a general issue, many players suffering this problem, several from my coalition.

they try everything, cache, in browser and app, etc etc etc, its not their computers its the game 

hope they repair soon, as it is a discrimination to the players that can not access all options fo the game to fight at same level in tournament!

It's certainly a problem of delay, I mean:

you select troops but it takes so long for the game to realize that you can't press the throw button.

You're already looking at it, so be patient.

Cierto es un problema de retardo, me explico :

seleccionas tropa pero es tantoooo lo que tarda el juego en enterarse que no puedes apretar el boton de lanzar.
