Drachmas received and then erased

This morning I reached my 90th day of connection and "received" the reward of 250 Drachmas, as usual.

They were correcly added to my total.. Yesterday I had ...xxx.405 and after the screen shoved xxx.655.

Then I started to play, collectiong more Drachmas in Emporia but suddenly, the screen went back,

and I lost 250 Drachmas.

Actually, after couple hours of Emporia, I have again xxx.637 Drachmas or so;


Can you control and give me back my 250 Drachmas, if you please?


I play in The Glorius Valley, nick Von Chatter, cohordinates 3715/2111.

sparta game sucks money from you . and when theres a mistake and you send report, they never ever respond.  I just lost 10,500 dracmas  a couple weeks ago.  i prepaid the 10,500 dracmas in my general.. i reached 19 level and wanted to get 50 % off for the activating both.  Ripped off.  what a joke. dont sink any more money as they never ever reply and never ever return lost money.  Ive been a member for 3 years and im level 101 with zero troops.

Sorry for the delay in answering and you are certainly right to complain, but things are claimed following a few steps so that the plarium team can look and decide what the error was and in the case of a bug fix it and return what is correct.

Mouse look at the link I put at the beginning of the answer, it's the right way to make a claim, and help us to help you.



Perdonen el retraso al contestar y ciertamente tienen razon al reclamar, pero las cosas se reclaman siguiendo unos pasos para que el equipo de plarium pueda mirar y decidir cual fue el error y en el caso de tratarse de un bug arreglarlo y devolver lo que sea correcto.

Mouse mire el enlace que puse al principio de la respuesta, es la manera correcta de hacer una reclamacion, y ayudennos a ayudarles.
