Bought 3 Guardian Fragments - where are they?


Can't find them? Is it just me. Actually  is there a proper explantion of the Framents thing? 

Went to the Shop bought 3 @ 75 golds each 13/01/23 just before 11:19

Expected to see them in the Fragmentary Summoniung Bond section ??

I have a picture that I bought 3 - but no where here to add it??

Player id is 876838. Device = Win10 (latest) 

Entering forum don't see abug report area?? Hence here

If you bought 3 fragments, their quantity should be displayed in the section "Guardians" → "Items" → "Fragmentsry Summoning Bond". I have attached a screenshot of how it should look like. If you don't see these Fragments in the space provided, please get in touch with our support team so they can help you.
