503 Error Using App

I am getting a 503 error when I try to open the game in the app. I can play with no problems in the browser. I tried uninstalling the app including removing the data and then reinstalling. I am still getting the 503 error. I also tried rebooting my laptop. That did not help either.

I am also getting this 503 error? I can also play with no problems in the browser.

Sounds like Plarium Play app has problems.

I had the same problem. When I looked in task manager I could see Plarium tesks running. I killed them and reloaded the app and it worked. Maybe it would work for you. Good luck!

Same problem here the Plarium App is not working since I clicked on update available... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App twice and still get same error.  This is second time in two weeks that Plarium updates lead to App not working.  So far no support or even a simple explanation from Plarium. Please wake up!!

Apparently there are no moderators left and Plarium has decided not to support their games anymore.  An entire week has gone by and still no answer.

Hello Spartans! 


I'm sorry to hear that you faced this issue. Please find the "Plarium Play" application shortcut on your Desktop area >> right-click it >> click on the "Open file location" option >> delete the "Cache" folder in the opened location.

This should help.

Im using the  app on a mac and its virtually unplayable. It quits when i change servers form 1 to 2 about 90% of the time. It lags, buttons don't perform their functions and remain semi pressed with no action happening.

look, this should not happen at all. we should not have to keep jumping through hoops to play. You have laid an egg that wont hatch and doesnt work.

not a good situation

I'm sorry for these inconveniences. Please let me know the name of the game that you're playing. Have you tried to launch another game? 

Also, I'd like to ask if these problems appear in both app and browser versions.
