Same issue again 2 weeks on. Can't get past 99% on game loading screen. What's the problem this time?

i played sparta war of empires ang stormfall age of war for almost 2years..but one day when i open the game it cant be open, the screen is totally black.. i  tried to uninstall the game, clearing catche. and re download plarium play. and when i re-install the game spacially sparta war of empires it wont load,its stucked..

i used to play sparta war of empire and stormfall age of war this year, but since 2 weeks ago  i cant bcus when i re-install the game  the downloading is stucked. but in some other game like stormfall rise of the valur it will succesfully downloaded..so, is there any help that i can successfully installed the game specially sparta war of empires and stormfall age of war?

My computer works good, i play sparta war of empires and stormfall age of war for 7 months, untill one day i coundn't open the game. I follow the suggestion solutions, reset cache, uninstalling,installing game,theres is no changes made, the downloading still stucked. but, other games works fine except sparta,stormfall and the pirates.what happened to this game?

I have a problem with the game, I installed it today and it doesn't work, the image disappears and it loads 99%

Having loading issues, stuck at 99%.

Already cleaned cache. Reinstalled Plarium Play.

But can not find the user file named to be cleaned out.

Operating system is up to date.

game has been down for about 3 and a half hours for me and alot of members of coalitions I am in on different servers. no one has responded to any one in facebook page to let anyone know if it has been reported to plarium. 

Is there a problem with the servers again? I can't get into the game. It loads to 99% and then freezes. Been like that for a few hours now.

Game loading screen stops at 99%. I see person before me said it's been going on for hours and other person  reported same issue 3 hours ago so it's a big malfunction not a usual 15 minutes maintenance.

Yes looks like a Server problem, the game got stuck at 99% and will not start up.

Having trouble loading, stuck at 99%.

Cleaned cache.

Reinstalled Plarium Play.

Done all that and still stuck.

more than 7 hours now down the game. first reports in my coa were at 2.00 European central time now is 9 and still nothing.

I really do hope that when game finally works there are going to be additional hours added to the tournaments that were ongoing. Penitence gift is not enough when game is down for so many hours.

I just read that Stormfall has the same problem as us.

the penitence gifts are an insult

if I have helios or 50% of things you have to buy, will they increase the hours of duration? NO so penitence is a joke and an insult... an example

Right? They should add hours to every bonus people had activated, every tournament etc. etc.
