I don't want to contact support at this point but i need to know the process in deleting the account

before the update members were able to delete their account without any help, so why did plarium change that option.
Our technical support team will generally provide the necessary support in such matters. Therefore, we recommend that you contact them for assistance in the following matters. Nevertheless, you can deactivate your account, Archon. To do so, you need the following:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on your Avatar > My Profile.
3. Navigate to Settings > Account Deactivation > Deactivate Account.
I don't know why the information you have given is nothing like what happens when i open my profile, settings there is no option to deactivate in account
by the way i put in a ticket 3/4 days ago ticket 4990152 and nothing has happened.

I cannot believe why it's taking so long to delete an account. I have received a blank email from plarium with nothing of an expalnation or requirement
it's over a week now and before the updates it was easy to delete an account so why is so complicated

Hello Archon. First, from player to player, please allow me to advise you, don't delete your city. You can change your nickname to ----------- and change your ingame avatar. If the city hasn't your name on it, nor your avatar, even if the players will raid your city, they won't know that it is you. Some day you might want to return. Do not burn the bridges.
