Hello recovering them is complicated but not impossible, as long as it is a game failure and not a fault of yours (sometimes it is charged for withdrawing an attack and is complicated to control by the player).
The first look at the first link, or if you prefer in Spanish the second, which tells you the data you have to provide to be located and check.
They will look at what has happened with those 300 drachmas and they will give you an answer.
Hola recuperarlos es complicado aunque no imposible, siempre que sea fallo del juego y no un fallo tuyo ( a veces se cobra por retirar un ataque y es complicado de controlar por parte del jugador ).
Lo primero mirate el primer enlace, o si lo prefieres en español el segundo, que te indica los datos que tienes que facilitar para que se te localice y poder comprobarlo.
Miraran lo que a pasado con esos 300 dracmas y ya te daran una contestacion.
