troops in the pantheon not visible
I haven't seen the troops in the pantheon for months. First I saw my and my companions' troops. then those of my companions disappeared from my sight and only mine remained.

it sounds like your hegemon has changed permissions, the Heg can select which ranks in the coalition can see all units instead of just your own

can i ask where hedges can decide which ranks see or dont see that? is that new? what window is that?
As far as i know standard bearer rank and up see it those lower rank ones dont, but i am sure that you must know better, can you show me a photo of where hedges can choose which ranks can see pan troops so i tell mine.

as I am no longer a heg I cant take a screenshot however its one of the options open to the Heg in game
if I remember correctly its on the warriors tab in the embassy but its a long time since I was a heg, will ask mine to check when he gets online

ok first you go to the stats page in the embassy and click on the settings icon
then you click on which ranks you want to see stats

thats statistics, not troops in pantheon, as the user ask.
As far as i know there is no way a hedgemon can decide what ranks see troops in pantheons or capitals, plarium decided the ranks that could or not (standard bear up can, the lowers ones can not).
hedges them can decide/change a player rank, so they can see or not inside capital or pans, but can not change what ranks see in capitals or pantheons... just change players rank
In that case the player has been changed of rank so now he doesn't see, not that the hedgemon has changed the ranks that can see or not the troops INSIDE the pantheon :)

2 years ago centurions up could see troops in pans, then plarium changed to standard bear level and rest of up levels...
i guess, the most logical answer is that you had been changed of rank, so now you don't see them :)
