I am The Assassin. lives from The Glorious Valley 855 -885. In my Elysium i have 5 quarries active, that should produce 75 stones per hour.
I only get around 40 per hour. Why is this. iS IT A BUG? Why dont I get the 75 stones per hour??

I have the same issue with the moonstones production. My total production of moonstone is shown as 104 per hour, but I get 1 per minute, which makes it approx 60 per hour, almost twice as less!! Please fix it and compensate us for the loss!!
I think I know why the quarries give only 50%. The normal factories produce stuff and 50% goes to warehouse ( the counter ) and 50% stays in the factory, and is shown in a bubble above the factory.
In elysium, no factory, or quarry has such a bubble. It's just lost now !!!1 Thats how you get only 50% of the amount that is shown.
