I have blocked the campaign missions from level 95 to 110 and I can not find why. The positions of level 90 and 95 are made but remain blocked.

Could you please clarify what you mean under "blocked missions"? You have attached screenshots of the Campaign Mission level 24. You need to complete the Persian Position level 125 to unlock this mission.

The last campaign mission that I did was the level 90, after the 95, 100, 105 and 110 were blocked. I am in positions of level 111, it does not correspond to level 125, before I will have to do 95 but it is blocked.

You just needed to claim rewards for previous missions.
Open the list of quests - scroll down to the Military tab - start the quest and claim the reward. I have closed one of them for you ("Afilando las Armas")
