Is this happening in the latest version of the app? We have released an update recently. 

with other features i noticed it began to open on a corner and finally opens in midle, quite strange and yes, latest versio of app, that to be sincere, since downloaded game did not get any better and to get new informs i ahve to be constantly refreshing the game (at least in app in quicklier to enter than in webgl)

not sure what was changed in the last update, but game did not improved

I have tried to reproduce the issue, but have not faced the bug. Please try deleting cache of the app. It can be found by the following directory: C:\Users\*your username*d.snetkov\AppData\Local\Plarium\PlariumPlay\Cache

If this doesn't help, please try reinstalling the app. 

The update is related only to the app, it does not affect the game client.

i doubt cookies and cache are the reason for this as last night i did weekely cleaning before closing it.

i dot see why a recent installed app, should clear cache as well in less than a day, if so, something is wrong in that app (or you should contract better developers, seriously, other games dont have such muissences)
