I activated spam filter in game messages, then I did various things in game, guardians, persians, raiding, divine quests etc.
Spam filter seemed to be active, button spam was green
but after closing plarium play app, next time i signed in spam filter is inactive again. I tried to activate this spam filter 10 dozens of times and every time after closing and opening app again it's inactive again.
Agent PAvel or someone else from technical support, reply please?

Ana, say what plataform you play (plarium.com or fb), i assume you are in plarium.com as i also have the same problem and also i have the problem that it says all or coalition member in the scroll window and it does not work...
also say what server you are: in my case glorious vallley and same problem as yours
lets hope that seeing more people with same problems, they will bother answering
