Epic summoning bond
Summons a random grade 2, 3 or 4.
Bonds are about the Grade. Not the level, and also when you say level I think you mean Rank.
- go read about the guardians. - there is a good guide/overview or two.

Guardians, grade is not their lvl. Grade II is green, grade III is blue, grade IV is purple. Epic summoning bond gives random Guardians of grade II, II, IV. Yes, it is highly disappointing to get grade II guardian from Epic summoning bond, but that is not a bug, it's part of game play. That is how Plarium is making people spending money and get frustrated for receiving items not worth these money.
