Bugs Prematurely Closed WIthout Resolution
Please could you indicate how long we are expected to wait for contact (let alone resolution!) by e-mail. I am still awaiting contact on an issue first raised on 7th June.

I would therefore suggest that topics are left open until resolved so that you are able to seer which ones you have still to deal with
I'd also suggest that you indicate timeframes for resolving these issues rather than leave us to continuously check for updates from you.
