Problem Feature: Viewing the Infirmary Building Info

Activity before bug: Logged in maybe 5 minutes. Checked Academy, started applying a scroll. Picked up tributes. Fought Phylarch. Started learning a Phylarch skill. Picked up all resources from forges and lumberyards. Then went to see if I could upgrade the Infirmary. Attempted to close the Infirmary "Info" screen but was unable to do so. 

Expected response: Expected the Building Info screen to go away.

Actual response: I was unable to close the window. The screensaver for sparta came on after a while. I was able to close that. But still could not close the Infirmary Building Info screen.

Got the first screen shot from the network tab of the Developer Tools in Chrome. Thought it might be relevant. 

I have a har file but don't know how to get it to you as there is no feature here to attach a file. Let me know if you want it.

I just cleared cache and cookies. Restarted chrome. And the issue is still there. It's repeatable. Sure hope you guys figure it out.
