me too i lost many drachmas with that freeboost !

Could you please describe the steps to reproduce this issue? Here is an instruction how to report bugs.

why some players get the free boosts and others we get no option?


The platform you play on : plarium .com


The server where you play The Glorious Valley, 


The feature that causes the issue the lack of free boost in new level 10 towers


The exact steps you performed before the bug arose; tower down, click to boost


Any special conditions that caused the bug to appear (active events, applied bonuses, etc.); nope


What should have happened; ¿free boost?


What actually happened. no free boost

No need for photos you already see one from spa :) that is also in same server as me

Dear Archons!

The bug has been confirmed and forwarded to the developers. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible. 

Those, who have lost Drachmas for the boost, please send me your in-game coordinates via pm and specify in this thread when the coordinates are sent.

If there is an award for the worst support, then plarium is undisputed NR.1

Mine's been here since May 10.

In game I wrote to VIP support and she told me that it's not true, i didn't lose 3000 drahma, I tell VIP that it's not true and give her with scrennshot and time. A before and after screenshot with tower repair.


And today you come to the decision that a bug is, you are not able to find the reason! instead the statement is that is not a mistake!


Bravo Plarium!


Edit: If u want say i didn`t send u my ID. So sorry if u dont finde me! Not find me is bigger bug as the Tower Repair

i have been several days explaining the problem to the vip agent, everytime he gave me  a different excuse & history instead of trying to question or investigate if or why there was a bug/problem or what was happening.


why plarium.com server has so many bugs/problems or we never get what the rest of servers/games have? this has been going for over a year...


as i am not as important as spa :p, i sent you my coords so i can get back the boosts/dracmas spent all this days when towers went down, but what happens with the rest of players that have not complained here and had the same issue?

This issue received a high priority and our devs are working hard to release a fix as soon as possible. Please avoid using the free boost option until the issue is resolved so that you don't lose Drachmas. I'd appreciate your understanding.

AGAMEMNON, I have checked your logs for May,1-15. In total, you spent 935 Drachmas for the boosts. I've returned them to your balance.

FORTUNA, according to our data, you have not lost Drachmas for boosting the Towers. On May, 1-15 the Drachmas were spent for the regular purchases. 

SPA, I'd gladly check your logs also. However, I need to know your coordinates to find your account in the database.

what about the boosts used that should nto had been used?  they were not free and i personally used several times to prove my vip that did not come the free time that he said we had....

if you know people who have experienced this bug then direct them here so they can claim their dracs back after their logs have been checked, that way they can post and send their coords to Pavel and it can be investigated and hopefully resolved for them :)

Nope i`m not doing your job, its your choise to do or not. I waiste better my time to write here as write u Private.

Try to help u to relaise that many player didn`t know lose drachma and boost and u still not fix the bug.

Better fast fix the bug. but plarium try to say its not a bug and and and for few days. I`m was think how fast u will fix a bug if Plarium lose Drahmas? mmmhhhh

moortee, dont you think it is slightly irealistic? as it was a very generalised error that happen to many players :) i would not have time to play myself and thats not my job 

maybe plarium should do as many other companies do... to give compensations to all players after errors like this (innogames or ccp games that i personally know better etc...) , and in our server lately we have many :) most of the time we dont know if they are errors, bugs or that again we are left out or its beta ...

I do agree that there seem to have been issues recently on your server and I really do sympathise, however like all companies, they don't know there is an issue if we dont tell them :) 


I know if I had lost out because of a bug that I would be raising a support ticket as fast as I could and indeed have done in the past, took a few days but did get a resolution eventually, like when the game glitched on me a few months ago as the clock ticked over reset time and I ended up with 50 Assassins instead of the 5 I was purchasing, I raised it (didn't use the assassins) and within a couple of days the 45 assassins were taken away and my dracs were refunded (and yes I squealed a little inside when it happened as I rarely use them lol) I even got the dracs back in time for the 75% revive that was coming up thankfully!

The free boost option should not be available. So if you used regular boosts to complete the Tower repair, then they were applied correctly.
