Plotting by abuse of information about city defence

Hello Archon,

Unless you email and password have been disclosed to someone who can long in your account, people can't see much of what you're doing.

Even then, if somone was using your account, you would be warned by a message saying your game session would have expired.

Now about other coaltion members including you hegemon andpoleparches, or spys from another coaltion who may have joined yours :

The only information that could be gotten would be :

- If you've logged into the game recently (from the embassy)

- I think the hegemon and polemarches can know how many total defense and offense you have, but not the details

- Everybody in your coalition entitled to do so can see the exact troops you've stored in shared locations, such a pantheons

- If you sent reinforcements to someone's city or colony, he can see exactly what you stored there (not in personal detail for colonies in case several people are reinforcing, only the overall list)

- If someone has sent reoinforcements to your city, he receives reports whenever you get scouted, raided, besieged or bombed

- If you have personal allies (from the embassy), they can turn on a feature to see some of your reports, especially when your city, colonies or protectorates get scouted, raided, besieged or bombed. In addtion, they may see your own scouting, raids, sieges or bombing reports (though I have the feeling they've been removed as I don't seem to get them anymore).

But nobody can know anything else.

When you send troops away or recall them, nobody can know when they depart nor come back. Except if the target's owner could note when your troops hit or left hilm, and he calculates the travel time from the incoming trip information. It's tedious, but possible.

However, nobody can know when somone would recall his reinforcements from your city : only their owner can and nobody else, even you actually can't know when they left, unless you've been watching all the time, or you returned them yourself.

So either the person who removed his reinforcements has disclosed this infomation to someone or on the chat, or he owns another account (so he's a cheater in addition to being a traitor), or it's purely coincidental.

I do not know why you write a poet...

So you say that no one in the game can see total defense of my city including reinforcements?

I have different info...

Please refrain from poets - yes or no is sufficient.

Hi Archon

Hegemons and officers are the only entities that have access to your status of scouts, defense and offensive units, they can see how many units you have and how strong you are, with one day delay.

NO ONE has access to the reinforcements at your city or your amount of champions.

Best Regards

Sorry i'm not a god : I can't "write" a person. Nor mold him. I can't even give him birth as I'm not a woman. :p

This question can't be answered by "yes" or "no".

YOU can see the total defense in your city including reinforcements, with each people's detail. So there IS someone in the game who can : YOU.

NOBODY ELSE THAN YOU CAN.

Hegemons and polemarches can know how much you have, but not the details. Probably only your own total forces, not reinforcements from other people. Please ask your hegemon for better precision, I've never been a hegemon and can't know more than this.

Now please stop yelling, you're being impolite again.

You've been lied to. Please don't trust liers.

I can't understand that sentence.

What does "refraining from a person" mean, please ?

as a hedgemon I can confirm the following, your Hedgemon can adjust who can see total defence and offence stats on the coalition stats tab in the embassy.

I have set mine to all apart from trainee's and scholars can as we are currently running some inter coalition competitions and we are also a VERY stable and close knit coalition

I can also confirm that even your hedgemon cant see how those total stats are made up, I cant tell what units they have, just the total def and off totals

I can also NOT see what units from another person are at someones city, only that person can see what is defending them

as for giving birth? Dont go there, it hurts! :P

I'm also hegemon, and yes you can know the troops of your members.

Not only the total offence or defence power your members has, but also detailed like offence ; 1000 light infantery units ( you can't tell if it are swords ore hoplites) , 725 heavy infantery (you can't tell if it are myrmidons or spartan hoplites) , 500 phalanx unit's ( you can't tell if it are sarrisophoros or promachos and 250 cavalry (you can't tell if it are cathagians, macedonians or agema's). The same with the defence power/units.

As hegemon you can set up the settings who also can see the statistics in your coaliton. So it's not, "hegemons and officers", only the ones that the hegemon has approved to see it. But that can be scholars also.

Hegemons or neither other players can't see what you have in your city, (own troops or reinforcements) when you are under attack,  only the player self from that city.

Only the players you are allied with (6 is the maximum) you can see all the details in the report . And they can see yours also.

Hello Hundigo,

Can you please confirm you can see only the player's troops totals by categories, but not WHERE they actually are ?

Horseek has a problem about someone potentially knowing if allied troops were in the target city or sent back.

I guess the hegemon could see only the ally's forces, but not their exact location ?

Thanks.

ok there is potentially a gap in my knowledge here (Shocking I Know!) how do you see this info? I for one would find it very useful :)

Hundigo is 200% correct

Hundigo when i said that only heges and officers can see the statistics, was only because it is normal heges give that ability to them, never seen and i´m sure that no hegemon give that ability to a scholar or a citizen.

best regards

Those informations are for statistics and members evaluation (especially to know if they're working to comply with requirements), but don't give details about troops exact locations (or i hope so).

So your hegemon can know how much your ally has, but shouldn't know if his troops are located inside your city or not.

So this information shouldn't be able to tell when your alliy's reinforcement have left your city.

Are you fearing your hegemon isn't neutral towards you, or not supporting you ?

That is what an hegemon sees..

Just totals.

Hundigo, can you put a similar image of what you see? If you are able to see details about the kind of troops (light, heavy, cavs, etc), please, tell us where do you find that option. It would be a useful information for other hegemons.
