- Base Development Race expanded so that Tournament Points can be earned by spending Diamonds to construct or upgrade Defensive Buildings, purchase Improvements, or expand your Base
- COBRA Base Development Race expanded so that Tournament Points can be earned by spending Diamonds to construct or upgrade COBRA Defensive Buildings
- Darknet Recruitment Race improved so that an error message is displayed when the training time for Prototype Units exceeds the time remaining for the Tournament
- COBRA Abilities tweaked so that when calculating the Activation Chance of a COBRA Unit’s Ability, greater weight is now given to the number of that Unit sent into battle or stationed at your COBRA Base

the usual Palrium style to make you lose turppe , so you spend more money to rebuild. I was severely penalized, with many cobra units lost inexplicably. and the infirmary didn't work, they are just scam ploys, to hit the wallet of the players. Support responded vaguely on the mechanics, although I sent the screenshot. unjustifiable to cheat players, with soldier inc I'm done,, I've been a VIP for many years, these cheats have tired.
Sorry to give you the FACTUAL TRUTH Plarium but you just punched every player in this game who spends a lot of time and money. Your changes really won't affect those that are still working on contracts and or getting a good Intelegence Specialist maxed out. For those of us that do: Intelegence Specialist = 8 star, promoted 5 times, Maxed out. Cobra Contracts = All completed years ago. To do all this it cost a lot of time and $$$$ and your so called recalculation hurts the one's that put $$$ in your pockets the most. To embarrass yourself even more, you give people 5k diamonds and thell them to shut up and don't send or say anything else and you won't reply if we do. Great customer service right there. Your response to all of this has a ring of Fascisim or Marxism. Since I live where that is not tollerated and there are consequences when a company lies and defrauds a customer, we can go to court and seek damages and oh boy have you done that. Its real easy to have a court get your records of all that this has damaged or want to seek damages. This is called a Class Action Lawsuit and Plarium, you are looking at one if you do not make changes or do more to compensate those damaged. 5k diamonds to shut up, a judge will really love that one. You did this to make the game better because it wasn't right to begin with. A judge will love this one also as you lied and deceived your customers to spend time and money but oops we made a mistake so all that was for nothing. I can go on and on and I am no attorney. Image what a real attorney will do to you in a court room along with me and many others testimony. With what it will cost you and for me and others it won't cost a dime, you could do the right thing and change it back or give everyone at a minimum 250,000k diamonds. The great part for you, this won't cost you anything as its virtual diamonds. See how easy this could be. Keep playing the victim and see how far it gets you. Make a decision, the clock is ticking on this one.

As I mentioned in the previous threads, these changes were caused by a bug in the calculation, and we had to fix it as it was affecting the game balance for a while. But we should have warned you beforehand.
We have learned our lesson and will do our best to avoid similar miscommunication cases in the nearest future.

As I mentioned in the previous threads, these changes were caused by a bug in the calculation, and we had to fix it as it was affecting the game balance for a while. But we should have warned you beforehand.

It's nothing personal Daria, but being part of Plarium games since 2012 and since 2013 with Soldiers Inc(not to mention being part of Plarium for some time on a voluntary basis) we have never been part of any developments. Changes in the game and excessive price increases are simply forced upon us.
There is nothing strange about unhappy and disappointed players with this amateur policy. Not to mention paying custumers who simply have certain rights and will hurt Plarium for it. Enough is enough for the majority, that's obvious.
What bothers us the most is Plarium trying to play innocent with simple statements. As long as Plarium is not able to substantiate changes in the game in a good informative way, there will be no acceptance. Price increases of 35% or more on products that are too ridiculous for words are also not accepted. There is no substantiation. There are simply better developed, bigger and more respectable games out there who are eager to take our money without naming them.
Incompetence and overconfidence is the death knell for any company. Back to the core of customer satisfaction is the key to success.

Hi, Marble! First, I want to thank you for such adequate and well-articulated thought here - I appreciate it. Also, it is worth to be mentioned that I'm here for all the Commanders to communicate with, listen to customers' needs, and hand them over to the team to decide how we can improve the game.
All the previous statements were noted and already passed to the devs. But furthermore, I would be happy to hear your suggestions. I really appreciate any help! 🙏
