Dear players,
Due to recent exchange rate fluctuations, we have been forced to increase the prices of some of our in-game Offers.
This action is essential so that we can continue providing you with the best possible gaming experience.
We will continue to review our prices going forward and adjust them in line with global exchange rate changes.
Thanks for your understanding, and good luck on the battlefield!
Plarium
An increase of 38% and pretty much 40% on average scale according to the players I've spoken. How will it justify and create stable ratio between the inflow and outflow of the game currency? Do explain.
Exchange rate fluctuations are normal and not 40%
This is rubbish Plarium and will end purchases in the games. I'm in Finance and this intrigues me. Who and how do they make these decisions? Amateurish at the very least. One should expect they know how to use the calculator or was it a matter of guesswork?
Are the vastly reduced rewards part of the "exchange rate"?
I wanted to compliment the staff on how to ruin a game...well done all..
Compliments from my wife..she's tried for years to reduce my spending, you managed it with the stroke of a key..
Battle Pass started out with a Elte Crate when they started - Last 2 cycles it has not appeared along with other reduced rewards in most catagorys , and than to increase prices makes no sense - the more you spend the higher the packages go and now are priced out of site have to wait a month for prices to fall with less rewards - Commanders complaining across the board on these price increases , i dont see these increases helping your bottom line with reduced player spending
Instead of squeezing the few "Customers" that remain, maybe, just maybe you all need to think back to when the game was adding members, adding combines and increasing revenue..you had something that worked and worked well.. well then you decided to inhance the game, adding more features and more revenue..BUT..you changed the over all complextion of the game when you added Cobra..you screwed the pooch.. players left the game in droves as it was now the coiners gam, so in trying to rectify your mistake you added special operatives and the exodus continues. The world's economy isn't helping either.
I'm not sure that you can salvage what seems to be a sinking ship, soaking the customer will only speed this up..so it's time to sink or swim..in the mean time..my wallet is missing.
A increase price on something that holds 0 value , I think you have got this the wrong way round here, More for less would bring you more customers in the present financial climate and a loyalty program would be nice for your loyal customers that have played this game for years. I think you have this the wrong way round here. Think about it !!!
