We are at level 175 now if I am correct. I hope(read wish) payouts also grow with the levels. Otherwise you don't need the higher levels.

well said i second that,170 L payouts are similar to 150 L TILL NOW, lets hope payouts will grow

There seems to be a cap on payouts. Naturally they will not share information with us like that. I receive payouts between 220 and 270 million in value. Doesn't matter which level I pick between level 130 and 170.
I received practically the same payout on level 152, 162 and 166. The report from level 152 was pretty much the same, but I don't have it anymore. Here are the level 162 and 166: http://prntscr.com/fjdp7n and http://prntscr.com/fjdqk3

That's good to know and very kind of you to confirm it to us players. We would like to see an example if you don't mind. Show us what a Lvl. 175 can do.
It will trigger us. We will try and reach that kind of reward. Now we trust on personal experience and it is showing us an outcome that isn't corresponding with your answer.
