We've been in talks with RSL, and we've gained access to that most unusual of military assets: lawyers. Well, also trucks and things - this is Ramstein we're talking about - but the lawyers are the big catch. With them on board, we've got the infrastructure to further improve cohesion between Combines. Now, you have access to Development Help!

Development Help allows Combine Members to assist their fellow Members by improving Building construction, just like before. However, now you can also help in negotiating Contracts and selling Hero Gear. You can have one active Help Request in each of those three categories simultaneously.

Now that we've got proper pencil-pushers coordinating Contract negotiations and working deals for the best Gear money can buy, we can really start getting our Development underway. Go get your Base ready for war!
