New Feature - Combine Help

Commanders!
A new feature has just been launched that will leave a mark on Zandia. Combine Help is the latest way for you harness the power of your Combine and quickly develop your Base and armies.
Your “Combines” menu, which can be accessed from the right-hand side of the Base screen, has a new tab – “Combine Help”.
There are now two sections:
1. Building Help:
Building Help Requests allow all Combine Members to speed up the development of their Combine by reducing the time it takes for Buildings to be constructed or upgraded. Each time you request Building Help, your Combine Members will see your Request and they will be able to respond to it.
Each time a Combine Member clicks on your Help Request for any given Construction or Upgrade, the time remaining to complete that process will be instantly reduced – for FREE.
The number of Commanders who can respond to each of your Requests is limited by the Level of your Joint Ops Center and your Combine HQ. The Level of these Buildings will also affect the amount of time by which the Construction or Upgrade is allowed to be reduced.
Please note: your Joint Ops Center can now be upgraded to Level 20.
2. Urgent Help:
Urgent Help allows Combine Members to assist each other by sending Resources, sending Reinforcements, or sending supporting Attacks to requested targets.
There are three types of Urgent Help Requests:
- Reinforcement Requests: If you are in urgent need of Reinforcements, you can create a Request for additional Units in the "Reinforcement Requests" tab. You can only ask for Reinforcements to defend your Base.
- Resource Requests: You can ask your Combine Members to send you Resources. Simply select the type of Resource you require and the amount you need, then create the Request!
- Attack Requests: Attack Requests allow you to ask your fellow Combine Members to assist you by attacking other Bases, Mining Complexes, or Combine HQs. Combine CEOs are responsible for authorizing Members to create Attack Requests on Mining Complexes and Combine HQs, but all Combine Members can create requests to attack other Bases.
The Combine CEO, as well as other Combine members they authorize, may also give “High-Priority” status to certain Requests, meaning they will be placed at the top of the Urgent Help Requests list.
