Server Reset and Extended Protection Period

Badlands Server has a low population... It has a decent log of Active Players, but there are far more inactive players who have stopped after their protection period has ended because larger players take advantage of these new players by essentially taking every resource and killing every troop they have, frustrating the new players and quickly making them quit the game. I suggest that we wipe the Badlands Server of all Low Level Accounts that have been inactive over 1 month, and extend the protection period from 7 days to 1 month to allow players to grow strong enough to have some chance at fending off large attacks. Young Alliances are having a very hard time recruiting new members because all of the experienced players are already taken, and those that we could have helped to develop and protect have already long quit the game. This causes Plarium to lose out on potential revenue because the less players that are available to buy diamonds and packs, the less money Plarium makes in both the short and long term.

A player can get ill or just make a pause for a month or so and it is unfair to remove his/her account.

In addition, it is against our Policy.

We usually keep players' information as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above in accordance with applicable law, generally, no longer than 3 years from the date you stopped using our services.

So basically, what you're saying is, that Badlands Server is overflooded with inactive accounts that haven't progressed beyond the first five levels, and there's nothing Plarium will do about it? I get it now. Plarium won't remove these completely inactive miniscule level accounts because it would alienate the higher level players who use these bases as farms. The problem with this flawed thinking is that it is hindering the further development of the game... Because why continue to develop a game that has a large uptick in users who quickly quit the game due to highly unfair gaming tactics? When a player who is level 50+ can essentially wipe you out and you have no power to do anything about it, that is highly demoralizing and is the exact reason why the server is so overcrowded with inactive accounts.
