Food for thought
I have noticed that offensive units tend to require more munitions than fuel, while defensive units tend to require fuel over munitions.
While I don't expect them to be reversed at this point: it does seem a bit backwards:
Offensive units need to go out and fight.
They burn fuel to get there, and they travel light to move as quickly as possible.
They are expecting a single short fight, after which they will likely return home to refuel and rearm.
Defensive troops will try to hold a position against countless attackers.
Their primary role is to shoot, not to move, and they don't want to run out of ammo in a firefight, because they can't simply stop the battle and return home if they are already home.
It is also interesting that UAV, having no people, requires food above all else.
