I have a couple of issues with employing DI. Both of my questions are related, but I will put them both out for comment:
- I can only seem to "use" 1 DI at a time....is that correct? I currently have over 60
- is there any way to use more than 1 DI at a time? If not, then why do I have over 60?

You can use all 60 if you wish. Just pick which bonuses you want to receive and start upgrading them. However, please keep in mind that you can do 1 upgrade at a time. So it will take a while.
Sir...Drill instructors are awarded for in game task achievements/event rewards...You can only use 1 DI at a time..what you have right now may seem like a lot , but really its not..There are many units build time and speed to use them for and you will soon be working harder to get more DIs...Be careful on what you upgrade..The best way I have found is to go straight down the list and only upgrade one Icon to the level necessarry to open up the next Icon...Watch that you concentrate on those units that you can build at this time..For example..If you can not build Vipers there really is no need to upgrade Viper build time...so pass that one by until you can build them..then you can decrease your build time using DIsI have a couple of issues with employing DI.
