I have already contacted support previously for countless issues Plarium games have and I have always received some lame excuse without Plarium being able to man up and admit their mistake and always forget about any compensation.

We shall see what the reply will be this time, but if I don't receive compensation I will for sure go public on all media channels and create anti marketing campaign, enough has been enough.
