about this offers. can they be gotten through mobile payments? i realize if i choose the payment through cards, it tells you that you will be getting the selected offer. However with phone, i don't get the notification upon purchase. I can only play and pay through mobile payment and i would like to know if the game is fair enough to have thought of folks like us who can't afford to use a credit card. CheersHi! It's based on what you bought in the past and how long ago .for example if you buy the 10 dollar one next time you get one at 20 or 50
if you buy those the next comes in at 99 dollars .it may take a month or even longer of not buying to see the 10 dollar ones again .
