Is there a way to skip the 7 day waiting period before becoming a permanent combine member?
If there isn't, I suggest being able to purchase a 'skip; of sorts with diamonds.

As Kallisi said, there's no way to do that. And unfortunately, we are not planning to add the feature you propose to our game. This limit helps us to avoid alts, exploits, etc. Also we wish you to be loyal to your Combine. Would it be interesting if everyone could change the Combine anytime? I don't think so
