Plarium doesn't care for one second about you and your issue(s). As long as others keep buying their terrible deals, they will be happy. Plarium support is no service. Even their VIP program is ridiculous. They will keep you running in circles for as long as you wish to run in circles with them. The game is going down the drain. Spend your time and money elsewhere is all we hear in chats and game related pages these days. 

Knowing their game related bug response and fix time, you should be happy this play app isn't working for you. How long have we been waiting for now? More then 2 months I believe. I am hopefull Plarium will fix this somewhere around june 2019.
