Good day,

I'm having difficulty initiating a challenge with a combine - our combines are currently at peace so my understanding is that the diplomatic status must first change back to neutral before a challenge request can be sent to the other combine, yes? I have changed the current status from peace to neutral and I've received a report confirming the other combine excepted the change. When trying to update the diplomatic status to 'Challenge' I receive a message stating that the 'update needs to take effect' (see screenshot) - this was 9 hours ago. How long does it take for the change in diplomatic status to take effect?

I referred to the field manual but didn't find the answer I'm looking for.

Any information regarding the above will be much appreciated

Commander..It takes three (3) days for diplomatic status to become effective..This should allow you the extra time to fine tune your troop count ..Good luck to you and your Combine  Sir
