If the enemy gathers a large number of defensive units from multiple people, what do you do?
I'm in a similar situation.

However beware, if you decide to attack this heavily defended base, be aware that your enemy will gain many more points than you. Unless your power greatly exceeds that of the enemy.

True, however tactical missiles are very expensive.
