I had been signed out of the game for 8 hours.  I came back and found your post.  I signed out of the game and completely cleared my cache in it's entirety (not just the 24 hour time frame).  Signed back into the game and still only have 11 design upgrades.  One of my younger brothers (computer scientist programming in over 6 languages and a security consultant for a major security firm) has advised me for the second time that apparently you guys have been hacked and warns me to leave the game.  My older brother (Defense Contractor R&D) says that his computer experts are advising the same and that this game is rigged to back you into a corner to make purchases.  The latter, I can live with to a limited extent, the former I cannot.  This is the second or third problem that I have communicated to tech services over the past year.  

After all that being said, I have played this game continuously without missing a day for nearly two years and purchased over $200 in diamonds.  To say the least, I am getting pretty fed up with minimal returns on my expenditures.  Then I start to get cheated by loosing things such as my upgrades so that I can purchase them again.  I really think we have a problem here.  I did not start playing this game to go through the tedium of getting things corrected in my game.  I came on here to escape reality in some small measure.

There are no bugs related to Upgrade Designs disappearance. They are withdrawn only in case of the upgrade, which requires the Designs.
