Commander..  You did not say if the Diamonds were deducted from your bank amount..?..If they were  then Sometimes a simple refresh of the game is all that is needed to make the units appear in the bunker...If that fails to produce your units,,try clearing/cleaning your browser/ cache and re;oading the game..If still no units are in your bunker then the only other option is for you to contact Support..Support has the technology to access your game activity and will be able th identify any issue and make the necessary adjustments..Unfortunately we do not have that technology at the Forum level Sir..Good luck
