my combine was ranked nr 1 at the pvp event. i had a tournament score of 12000 points, but got no rewad.

Hello Commander !
It is important to know if you are new to your association. If you have less than 7 days of seniority, you do not enjoy the rewards of association tournaments.
It seems to me that this is also the case if you are in the academy.

i was a member of that combine for 1 year.
as you can see in the screenshot, the 12k points were created as tournament event points.
i think i found the "bug", i was kicked out of the combine today. but i want to get into the details.
the combine pvp event was finished at 13:00 my local time. i was kicked out of the combine at 13:26. At arround 13:45 i tried to claim the bonus and got some odd info msg. so while i was inside the combine, my event score was 12k and the kick reset the event points to 0.
not a good feature. i was waiting a few month now for the nice rewards and its realy frustrating.

Commander..This is to be expected since Rewards would have to have been claimed while you were still a member of the Combine..Its very unfortunate indeed that you were kicked out of Combine prior to accepting your rewards

It's very frustrating but if you had recovered your reward at 13:25, it would have worked. Mechanics of the game work like this.

if Mechanics of the game work like this, i consider it to be a bug, and they should be fixed.
Why, because an event score should not be reset by anything. when an event is finished, its like a sealed contract. other event bonuses i can claim 5 month later, with no problems.
if i quit my bank in real life or get kicked by them, the money on my account is not beeing reset to 0 as well.
kicking is a form of punishment, getting your event score reset to 0 and loseing the rewards for 1 1st place as it was the case is a 2nd punishment. without such a bug, rejoining a combine would be easier.
as the chain reaction of the event was unfolding, yesterday 5 players quit my old combine too, including the founding player of the combine. i expect more to follow. a few of these players including my self i know might quit the game.
is there anyway how i can report this as a bug and get a response from game developers? thanks

Wait until a community manager observes your case. Maybe it will forward your proposal to the developers, but that does not guarantee a change in the future.

this will happen here i assume?
will i get some kind of reimbursement for the lost reward? because of this bug i did not get the ration consumption prototype, was waiting 6 month for that reward.

Yes, it will happen on the forum. But I do not promise you anything.
You will not be reimbursed because the mechanics work like this and it's not a bug.

Hi, Intel. I'm afraid Bill and Robert are right and you can claim reward for Combine Tournament only if you are in the combine. THat is how the mechanics of Combine Tournaments work.

i can only repeat myself here,
if its not a bug and just a feature, it should be changed. it causes unintentional punishment due to bad game mechanics imo of players who are getting kicked in some cases.
Agent Helen, what do you think about this feature / bug, should it be changed?
from a just and moral points of view, i dont think that any company in rl takes away your reward after terminating the contract. if i win the lottery, i have 5 years of time to claim the price.

Sure I can understand your feelings because it is always unpleasant to face such situations neither in the real life nor in the game.
As far as I know, no new features are planned to be implemented and rational suggestions are closed in the corresponding section. But if there was any update in the mechanism of clan tournament rewards and I had a chance to speak up, I would be by your side.
