I'm rather a rookie player. Trying to collect event reward, e.g. "Oktober Fest Experience Race", clicking FINISH, then CLAIM REWARD results in a small error window on the right stating "Attention Choose a Package".

Clicking on the packages doesn't work. Whats the secret of claiming these packages.

Suggestions: Change the UI pleas in more intuitive mode for these issues.

Commander..When you right click on the package you desire there should be a little check mark appear in the upper left hand corner of selected package..You may need to clock a couple of times as sometimes there is a "game lag" that delays the response..So, If you click and wait a few seconds and no check appears, try clicking it again..If this fails then contact Plarium Support..Support has the technology to access your game and check for any underlying problems that may be causing your issue
