IP for convo size not working right.

IP for convo size is not working right.


I had a convo size of 42000 after this used 4 time s IP for convo size.

Its simply not possible my convo is not yet 50 K


10% of 42000 = 4200 

  4 x 4200 = ? And I am even rounding off. 


So how can my convo size not be 50 k ?

Commander..I checked the IP for convoy carrying capacity and it does say increase of 10%..That would be 10% without any bonuses applied such as Executive Status which give a bonus to carry capacity of convoys when activated..I would check my base carrying capacity with out any boost applied..If I still thought that there was a discrepancy, I would contact Support and have Support check it out for me... We want you to be satisfied that your game is operating correctly

I already tried to contact support, but I don't get the confirmation email.


Without any bonus, my carrying capacity was 42 000. 


Although its hard to proof, when I compared it with my badland base, I also feel this cant be right.


I did not have to use this many IP for 10% convo size on badlands.


I have no idea if this is a discrepancy, it definitely not right. 


The one thing I can think off, last week I had exec status, and that this some how messes things up.

Other wise it should not say add 10 % convo size.


Few weeks back already thought I would make it to 50 K 


42 000 + 10 % + 10% = already 50 k plus. 



Now again + 10 % and + 10 % and still no 50 k.

Can somebody explain how to file a ticket ?   


For the last hour, and I am starting to become very aggressive, I have been trying to find a way to contact plarium support


All I get is page after page, about faq and other bullshit, I don't want.


Does plarium don't want me to contact them ?  it sure looks like that.

I Talked with a combine friend of mine.


Its says it adds 10% that's simple not true.


It adds 10 % of 32 000 , so it adds 3200 each time

Commander..Go to Support page...scroll all the way to the bottom of page...You will see the words "contact us"..Click there Sir and it should take you to the page you need
