I spent 500 diamonds about 12 hours before posting this, on a tactical missile from the Black Market. The game took my 500 diamonds, but did not give me the missile. I've logged off, I've reset cache, I've checked my garrisons, but the missile is nowhere to be found, and I'm out of 500 diamonds with nothing to show for it. What do I do to correct this?
