Are you using a VPN? Due to a recent update in Plarium Play it is no longer possible to get in the games when you are connected to a VPN.
Have you tried de-installing Plarium PLay and re-install again? Don't worry you will not lose your account. Just remember your e-mailaddress and current Password.

Impossible de lancer le jeu. Impossible de lancer Plarium Play.
Impossible d'arriver à la page d'accueil.
J'ai supprimé Plarium Play
Installé a nouveau Plarium Play.
Rien a faire!!

Dorénavant, je peux lancer Plarium Play, le lier à mon compte Facebook, le jeu charge et.... la fenetre reste noire. On entend bien le son du jeu, quand on déplace la souris, le curseur change, mais le jeu reste dans le noir... Toujours pas de réponse de Plarium...

also if this matter is not resolved i want a complete refund of all money i spent over last 7 years. this means a lot to me to be able to play the game

Well sir. If you dont have a ticketnumber you have not contacted Support as I advised you several times. Nothing I can do for you without a ticketnumber :) FYI without submitting a ticket your issue will never be solved and making new comments here will also not contribute to a solution.
