hi I have diamonds, but i can't buy gold and other goods, why?

Commander..This sounds like a problem for Support....There are some things you can try and possibly correct this issue yourself,,Try clearing/cleaning your Browser/cache.This should be done after every update as it deletes the old files and replaces them with the new updated files..Check your "Flash" player and make sure that it is up to date..You could try using another browser..If all of the above fails to correct your issue, you will have to contact Support..Support has the technology to access your game and look for anything that can be causing this issue..Unfortunately we do not have that ability at the Forum level
