Is there any other reports of your base being attacked?   What about do you have auto-bunker on, did they go to your bunker?

Also I know from time to time the game will need a refresh on your browser.. Did you also look to ensure that the resources and TM were actually taken from your resource totals?  I'd believe looking at your TM would be the best way to confirm this as it doesn't fluctuate as much as other resources..

Sir..Sometimes..If you have a lot of units in the Que, Units will not appear till that Que works down,,I think the Que will only show for a certain amount of days at a time...If you have a lot of units Qued this could be the problem..but do not fear,, If this is the case they will show up as your Que works down
