Raid hit at 6.22 am ( GMT) and The thread is date stamped 6.20am ( GMT) with a screenshot of the error 503 that prevented me opening the game. Other players have reported same problem same time different countries.
I got screen shots and opened the soldiers inc forum and posted a thread, and date and tiem stamped it for proof. I was doing locations and had my offense and defense armies out. I also had my pelicans returning from a raid. At about 6.15am ( GMT) , I also had an incoming raid that had been coming ion for about 2 hours and was close to reaching my base. At this time the system 503 error came up and i could not get soldiers inc to open. Here is a link for the chat where others player in my combine had the same problem.
I would like all my offensive units replaced particularly the pelicans i lost,
I lost 8 and they cost 350 diamonds for 3,. So that is almost 1000 diamonds alone to replace them,
I also lost syndicate offense tanks and thunderheads and mo hawqs. Please can you either return all the units I lost from that raid, as i would have bunkered my offensive units, had i been able to properly access the game and my pelicans. It was frustrating and very poor timing. This very rarely happens and usually soldiers inc is always responsive and functional. It just happened at the worst time, when i was doing locations and had an incoming raid ( raids was 3 hr raid)
Can you replace the lost units and or give me the diamonds so i can purchase new pelicans and recover the 70% from sick bay. I guess 5K diamonds should be enough.
