I got a message saying a new version of this application is available  download to continue. it gets to about 80% and doesn't get any further , I  have tried restarting several times but nothing

Commander..usually this is because the Internet Speed is to slow to load game properly..Is it possible that this maybe an internet problem?..I have not seen any post from others about loading issues..If you think you Internet Spedd and connection is good.then contact Support..Support can access your game and check for potential problems
