Commander....there are several reasons why you may be having this trouble..but lets take it one step at a time...Try clearing/cleaning your Browser/Cache...also check that you Adobe Flash Player is up tp date..there has been a newer version of Flash released..If that soes not solve your problem.. try using a different browser..also you can check your internet speed and connection..sometimes your internet provider may be the one having the problem,,,If all of the above fail to solve your problem then you will have to contact Support..Support has the technology to access your game..that is someting that we can not do on the Forum level
